Vasilios Asimakos | Upper School Literature and Composition
Vasilios was born the son of Greek immigrants in Lowell, Massachusetts, where he developed a deep love of reading and writing from an early age. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with degrees in English and Theatre. After spending a few years as a professional actor in Boston and Los Angeles, he discovered his true underlying passion was learning, and subsequently, teaching. He joined Veritas in 2021 after teaching in California. Vasilios, his wife Melinda, and their daughters Maria and Anna attend the Orthodox Church of Saint Philaret of New York.
